This notice explains how Islets Seven Enterprises LLP, operating as 7 Islets and as Bravewall, handles personal information collected through 7islets.com.
What we collect
When you contact us or send a website brief, we receive the details you submit: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organisation and information about your project. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information about other people.
How we use it
We use your details only to understand and respond to your enquiry and to manage the conversation that follows. We do not add you to a mailing list. If an engagement follows, information needed for the work is handled under the terms of that engagement.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, to a 7 Islets mailbox. The website is hosted on our web host and delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. These providers may process information outside India.
Analytics and cookies
We ask before we measure. Without your permission, we only use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and counts visits without identifying you.
If you allow analytics, we also use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser details. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies and records how visitors click, scroll and move through pages, including session replays. Text typed into forms is masked and not recorded.
Neither tool loads until you allow it. No advertising cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time through in the footer. Google and Microsoft process this data under their own privacy statements.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of our last contact. Information relating to an engagement is kept as the engagement terms and our legal record-keeping obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for analytics. Your rights depend on the law that applies to you, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for people in Australia, the Privacy Act 1988. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request", or use the contact form and choose Privacy request. We confirm requests and complete deletions within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity first.
Security
Access to enquiry information is limited to the people who need it. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
